Artwork Guidelines

We want your branded products to look sharp, consistent, and exactly how you imagined them. To get there, your artwork needs to meet a few simple rules.

Accepted File Formats

  • Vector files (best option): AI, EPS, PDF (with fonts outlined)
  • High-resolution images: PNG, JPG, TIFF (minimum 300dpi at print size)
  • Special finishes (embroidery/engraving): Vector files only for best accuracy

⚠️ Please don’t send screenshots, Word files, or low-res web images, they won’t print cleanly.

Colours

  • If you have Pantone (PMS) references, supply them for exact colour matching.
  • CMYK is fine, but shades can vary slightly across materials (e.g. fabric vs. metal).
  • Metallic, neon, or gradient effects may require special processes, we’ll advise before production.

Fonts & Text

  • Convert all text to outlines/curves before sending.
  • If that’s not possible, send us the font file along with your artwork.

Print Areas & Sizing

  • Each product has a maximum branding area, we’ll confirm this during proofing.
  • Keep logos and text clear and bold. Very fine details may not reproduce well on certain surfaces.

Proofing Process

  • You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before anything goes into production.
  • Double-check logo placement, spelling, and colours. Once approved, we print exactly as shown.

Pro Tips for Best Results

  • Always use the original design file, not an export from Word/PowerPoint.
  • Simple, bold designs reproduce better than intricate, fine-line artwork.
  • For embroidery: avoid gradients, very small text, or ultra-fine details, they don’t stitch cleanly.
